All recorded time fields should be editable.

After an Op is completed, you should be able to tap and modify any time field. This will automatically modify any applicable totals.

This should be done because there are times we will forget to resume a paused timer, or stop a clock running on overtime, or did some work we forgot to record, but would like to.
